First of all, I would like to thank each of the teams for selecting the Hurryin’ Hackers 3v3 Soccer Tournament and deciding to spend this coming Saturday, 18 July 2009, with the  Cutters Soccer organization, the Evans-Bridgwaters Scholarship organization and the Blacks In Government organization.  We realize that there are lots of other places that you can spend your time and resources, so we truly appreciate you’re coming to Bloomington.

Schedules are now available. To view the bracketing and game schedules.  The tournament schedules will not appear at the 3v3 Worldwide website.  If you have questions concerning the division your team was placed in, please e-mail or call.  I doubt that I will have much time to make changes, but I’m willing to listen.  I’ve placed teams in what I felt was the best fit based upon the information.  I’ve also insured that recreation teams have not been placed in competitive divisions.  Please keep in mind that I have relatively little information concerning the capability and past performances of teams.  I rely on the information that each entry provides.

The schedules specify the 1st Game Time for each team. 

You will need (or do) the following for registration:
Proof of age - player passes, birth certificates, drivers’ license, etc.
Submit a completed roster form and remember to have each player sign the waiver of liability.  Each player must sign the 3v3 Worldwide waiver form.
Pay any fees remaining to be paid.
Pickup t-shirts purchased.
Pickup participation medals if your team is U10 or younger.

You should register your team during the following registration times.

There will be a Parking Charge of $5.00/car.  Please keep in mind that all of the money raised from this tournament goes to scholarships.  The Cutters Soccer Club uses its proceeds to finance scholarships to pay for the individual’s club fees.  Evans-Bridgwaters and Blacks In Government use their proceeds to finance academic scholarships for deserving college students.

A very limited number of Tournament T-shirts will be available at the concession stand.  They will be priced at $15.00/shirt.  If we don’t have your size or we are sold out, we will take your order.  Ordered shirts will be $15.00 plus shipping.

Pertinent Comments Section (PCS): Record the following registration information in the PCS.
1. Adult Teams: Register as adult and specify division (Open, Over-30, Over-40, & Over-50) in the PCS.  
2. U5 Teams: Register as U6 and then specify U5 in the PCS.
3. Youth Skill Level (YSL): Specify YSL in the PCS.  U5 and U6 are YSL 3 only.  U15 through U18 are YSL 1 only.  U7 through U14 can be any of the following three YSL (1, 2, or 3).
